Main responsibilities

  • Result-oriented first/short advice for private customers in the core areas of account/numbers/savings, pension account, investments, and financing
  • Identifying, treating, and mediating customer potential in all core areas (Cross-Selling/appointment arrangements)
  • Active customer approach in the context of market management (e.g. sales opportunities from campaigns)
  • Various assistance tasks and general administration Requirements
  • min. 1-2 years: private banking advice
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): Bank KV
  • First practical experience in sales-oriented advice
  • Specialist knowledge in the areas of account, numbers, savings, cash obligations, and personal loans
  • Basic knowledge in the area of pension, mortgages, investments
  • You can ask structured and connected questions in the advice German (negotiation-secure) What we offer
