Make your workload flexible: 60% in operational planning or 80-100% with an exciting combination of planning (60%) and driving service (20-40%).

• Planning and coordination of construction sites and events.
• Ensure clear and reliable information for passengers and crew.
• Organization and handling of extra trips – from the offer to the billing.
• You will work closely with internal and external partners and get to know the various operational planning processes.
• You support the head of replacement traffic and construction sites in further tasks.

In short: You keep the bike running, even if all around construction sites and events take place.

This is what you bring with you

• Ideally, you bring experience as a bus driver:in (driving licence category D) or want to take the next step towards planning.
• Completed vocational training, ideally in public transport, in the commercial sector or a comparable field of expertise.
• First experience in public transport or great interest in planning.
• Enjoy analysing connections and developing solutions.
• Independent, structured and reliable working method.
• Strong service orientation towards drivers and customers.
• Good communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
• Safe handling of MS-Office products.

Via Busland

As a licensed transport company, Busland AG provides public regional passenger transport and local transport in the Emmental and Oberaargau. From the three depots Burgdorf, Langnau and Sumiswald, 20 lines with over 600 stops are served. The 37 modern buses of Busland AG complement the railway to an optimally coordinated mobility chain. The BLS hiking bus also opens up tourist destinations in the Emmental during the summer months. In Langnau i.E., the company operates Garage Ilfis, a centre for commercial vehicles with a truck test road. Busland AG, headquartered in Burgdorf, was founded in 2006 and today employs around 150 people.
