Role overview
To strengthen our Human Resources team in Romandie, located in Montreux, we are looking for a-one or more Junior HR Business Partner at 50%
In close collaboration with HR Business Partner, you help support managers and employees on different HR themes.
You are actively involved in managing individual situations, monitoring absenteeism, training, HR projects, and developing and optimizing HR tools and processes. Your tasks
- To strengthen our Human Resources team in Romandie, located in Montreux, we are looking for a-one or more Junior HR Business Partner at 50%
- In close collaboration with HR Business Partner, you help support managers and employees on different HR themes.
- You assume responsibilities and contribute to shaping the future of Tertianum.
- Human Resources Training, HR Certificate or Training deemed equivalent
- Professional experience in a general HR, HR consulting or HR Business Partners support function.
Main responsibilities

- Human Resources Training, HR Certificate or Training deemed equivalent
- Professional experience in a general HR, HR consulting or HR Business Partners support function.
- Good knowledge of topics related to absenteeism management, occupational health and case management.
- Good knowledge of training and exchange with various stakeholders.
- Initiative, autonomy and guidance solutions.
- Very good writing and communication skills.
- French mother tongue with good knowledge of German
