- First point of contact for contractual questions for partners in Switzerland and the EU
- Coordination with domestic and foreign law firms on contractual and intellectual property law matters

Main responsibilities
- First point of contact for contractual questions for partners in Switzerland and the EU
- Coordination with domestic and foreign law firms on contractual and intellectual property law matters
- Proactive identification of new regulatory challenges and ensuring the timely processing of the requirements for our company in cooperation with the Legal & Compliance Directorate of the Migros Cooperative Federation
- Review and processing of official inquiries
- Joint further development of our contractual landscape with various internal stakeholders
- Preparation new legal requirements on a project basis
- Training employees in category management or customer service in dealing with our contracts and other legal topics Requirements
- 3+ years: contract law, intellectual property law, commercial & e-commerce law
- You do not need a completed legal training (MLAW or comparable), a license to practice law with us
- You have already gained practical experience in the legal sector, preferably in the areas of contract management, intellectual property law, trade or e-commerce
