Key requirements
- En tant que personnalité de direction intégrative et résistante vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans des contextes exigeants de transformation et de leadership.
- Votre force de communication, votre empathie et votre attitude professionnelle vous permettent de gérer avec assurance des parties prenantes aux attentes variées.
- Vous alliez sens de la solution et compréhension en gestion d'entreprise et vous êtes à l'aise dans les questions stratégiques comme opérationnelles.
- Des connaissances solides dans les domaines de l'intégration professionnelle et de la réorientation professionnelle, idéalement dans un contexte réglementaire ainsi que sur les thèmes de la perte d'emploi et ceux liés à la CCT et aux ORP, vous distinguent.
- Un diplôme universitaire, d'excellentes connaissances linguistiques, allemand (niveau C2) ainsi que français (minimum C1) et italien (minimum C1) complètent votre profil. Une expérience en coaching est un atout.
