- Unisci un approccio orientato alle soluzioni a una solida conoscenza della gestione aziendale e a una grande sicurezza nell'affrontare questioni sia strategiche che operative.
- Ti contraddistinguono una solida conoscenza nei settori dell'integrazione professionale, del nuovo orientamento professionale, idealmente in ambito regolamentare, della perdita del posto di lavoro, nonché delle tematiche relative ai CCL e URC.
- Un titolo di studio universitario, un'ottima padronanza del tedesco (livello C2) e un'ottima conoscenza del francese e dell'italiano (almeno livello C1) completano il tuo profilo; l'esperienza nel coaching costituisce un vantaggio.

- Through close involvement in reorganization projects within SBB, you help strengthen collaboration between all relevant interest groups.
