Main responsibilities
- Advise and build customer loyalty
- Responsible for the supply of products in his department
- Orders, implementation, stock management and waste control
- Presentation of the sector in an attractive manner
- Control of product quality and compliance with directives and standards in force (HACCP)
Key requirements
- Experience in the sector: meat products
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC of butcher or retail manager or training deemed equivalent
