- Responsibility for the operation and the ongoing development of the IT system landscape
- Support, optimization and expansion of IT tools, applications and interfaces
- Coordination and allocation of tasks to external IT partners across all levels of support as well as ensuring 2nd-level support
- Management and implementation of IT and organizational projects
- Creation and maintenance of process, system and IT documentation
- Support and training of employees in the application of IT systems
- Close cooperation with the departments and function as a link between business, IT and external partners
- Management of IT hardware and related infrastructure
- Completed training in computer science or business informatics, for example as a computer scientist in EFZ, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally as an application manager or in a comparable function, preferably in an SME or production company
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows and operational processes
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, network technologies and server administration
- Knowledge of CRM, production or infrastructure processes is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong responsibility and a service-oriented hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate technical connections in an understandable way, combined with a patient and user-oriented approach
- native language German or French with good knowledge of the other language
- English skills are beneficial
