Application process
- You take over the installation and setup of the notebooks provided by Zurich and accompany the IT onboarding of new agencies including the on-site setup of devices, Microsoft 365, MFA (Okta and Microsoft Authenticator), SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other applications
- With your know-how, you support user account management as well as authorization and authentication problems and advise the agencies on the integration of hardware and software into their business processes.
- You will work in close cooperation with sales directorates, regional managers, the internal IT hotline, 3rd-level teams and external service providers, and you will also work on Knowledge Management in ServiceNow and the Extranet for Zurich exclusive partners as well as on IT and sales projects with an impact on the agencies. You bring that with you
- Completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training/experience in the IT sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support and customer-oriented communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (AD DS) & Microsoft Entra ID and Network Technology Basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with cloud services (M365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune)
- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint and Confluence as well as ITIL knowledge and IT security awareness
