For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for an experienced IT project manager for our customer from Bern.

For a strategic digitization and infrastructure project, we are looking for an experienced personality with proven expertise in ICT project management, operational organization and transformation. In this role, you shape and establish new operational processes, develop organizational structures and ensure operational readiness for the operation of modern digital and domotic-based infrastructures.

Your tasks

• Standardization, conception and introduction of new operational processes for specialist applications, services and operational activities
• Analysis, definition and introduction of new operational tasks such as data management, quality assurance and operational control
• Further development of the company organization and preparation of employees, processes and technologies for operational readiness
• Definition and establishment of processes for the participation of the company in homologations, construction and infrastructure projects
• Collection and specification of operational and technical requirements for OT components and domotic systems
• Leadership and coordination of stakeholders as well as active support of change and transformation processes

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the development or transformation of complex infrastructure, real estate or operating organizations from conception to operational implementation
• In-depth knowledge in the design and implementation of standardized operational processes as well as operational models
• Demonstrable experience in real estate and infrastructure operations, ideally with a focus on domotics, technical operations or facility management
• Strong competences in stakeholder management and in dealing with complex interfaces between operations, technology, real estate and external partners
• Understanding digital systems, CRM, ticket and case management solutions as well as data, reporting and control processes
• Experience in change and transformation projects as well as strong communication, moderation and assertiveness in demanding organizational structures
• Very good knowledge of German
• Proper reputation is mandatory
