Role overview

As IT Project Manager Customer Applications, you take on a central role in the implementation of international IT initiatives with a focus on customer-oriented applications. You work at the interface between business and IT, coordinate global stakeholders and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, targeted and clear focus on business added value. Together with internal departments, IT specialists and external partners, you will drive forward innovative solutions and make an important contribution to the further development of our global system landscape.

• Management of global IT projects or assumption of sub-project management with a focus on customer applications and business-critical business applications.

• Development of technical concepts as well as creation of project, resource and test plans taking into account quality, deadline and budget specifications.

• Coordination of internal departments, process managers, IT specialists and external partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Application and adaptation of suitable project methods – from classical to agile approaches – according to the requirements and complexity of the respective initiative.

• Translating business requirements into comprehensible technical solution concepts and supporting architecture and system decisions.

• Ensure transparent communication, proactive risk assessment and compliance with project standards, governance guidelines and quality requirements.

• Completed training in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline, supplemented by appropriate further training.

• Experience in managing or coordinating international IT projects as well as the ability to successfully bring together different interests and requirements.

• Understanding Enterprise Applications
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable enterprise solutions is an advantage.
