Short overview position

550 employees, who are responsible for the production of high-quality infant food for Germany and abroad, shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. To strengthen our production department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible personality as a plant manager.

A day in the life of a plant manager

• Processing of milk using modern production facilities
• Implementation of the feed of raw materials, spray drying and mixing, provision and filling of powder
• Implementation of the cleaning process (CIP cleaning) as well as general cleaning work according to the existing quality specifications
• Documentation of production and cleaning processes
• Line laboratory activities
• Readiness to work in 4-shift operation

This makes them successful.

• Successfully completed EFZ training in the food industry (milk and food technologist, baker, cook, etc.) or other completed EFZ training with many years of experience as plant manager in the food sector
• Good technical understanding of production plantations
• Team-capable and independent personality who shows initiative, reliability and commitment
• Good computer skills
• Strong safety, environmental and hygiene awareness
• Very good oral and written German skills (min. level B2), English skills are advantageous
