Mission

As part of this function, attached to our site of Flückiger Cadrans in St-Imier, you will be responsible for the organisation and management of the Quality Service. You will define the necessary resources and workflows to ensure the smooth running of all activities according to the production plan and quality criteria defined by the Patek Philippe Poinçon.

At the same time, you will actively contribute to the development of the Service's performance by piloting continuous improvement approaches, assisting teams in developing their skills and promoting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage, federate, develop and motivate its teams to ensure the quality of the products delivered.
• Ensure the declination and deployment on the site of the Quality strategy defined by Patek Philippe, and ensure its application and effectiveness.
• Pilot the implementation and improvement of quality processes throughout the product life cycle (development, industrialization, serial life, customer service and continuous improvement).
• Structure, deploy and support quality perimeter processes, standards and working methods.
• Develop quality culture with operational functions.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement, in close collaboration with production services, internal and external partners.
• Promote the flow of information and cooperation between staff and all internal and external stakeholders.

Profile sought

• Diploma of engineer in the field of quality or equivalent diploma.
• Experience confirmed in imperative management.
• Significant experience in an industrial quality function.
• Experience in structuring or transforming a Quality organization.
• Experience in implementing performance management processes and systems
• Prior experience in the field of high-end dials or in the watchmaking sector an asset.
• Mastery of tools, methods and principles of quality and metrology.
• Mastery of an ERP (STRATEGIC ideally).
