Portrait Together with its subsidiary SpitexHome GmbH, Spitex Burgdorf-Oberburg is a future-oriented company with comprehensive outpatient services in the care and domestic care sector. With around 120 employees, we travel in the region every day.

The Commission

• Flexible working hours: annual working time for all employees. Flexible models (e.g. starting from 8.30 a.m.) are possible depending on the workload.
• Individual service provision: Fixed services (for example, free every Wednesday, Monday always late) possible. No night services.
• Holiday Plus: Basic 25 days of holiday. From 50. Age 28 days of holiday. From 60. Age 33 days of holiday. With us there is an additional holiday: the solitude!
• Paid breaks: Paid break
• Wage and bonuses: salary above the urban average
• Supplements / expenses: weekend / holiday and evening allowances 8. / hour. Distances during the stakes are paid!
