You provide a high-quality and holistic quality of care and care for our residents: ensure, cope with your modern understanding of care the most diverse everyday situations and are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of the care processes. As part of the establishment of the new Wyler location, you have the opportunity to get involved in various areas and contribute your expertise. With respect and mindfulness, you respond to the individual needs and desires of the inhabitants. You carry the day-to-day responsibility in shift operations, without a night watch. It gives you pleasure to promote and accompany learners and employees. As a care specialist, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of the care processes as well as the documentation (easyDOK) and the performance recording (RAI). With relatives and trusted persons you maintain professional and sensitive contacts.
Requirements
- Tertiary education (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS)
- 2 years of professional experience as a dipl. Nursing professional
- Brave to tackle new things
- Appreciative, mindful and reliable personality
