As dipl. You make a significant contribution to ensuring the physical, social and psychological well-being of our customers in WohnenPlus (69 apartments). In the Spitin area, you are responsible for the implementation of the planned care measures and initiate additional support measures if necessary. You support your teammate in the needs assessments and act as contact person for the doctors. You make your bets every morning.
