Tasks
As a dedicated specialist, you take responsibility for night operations. You provide competent care and safety for our residents (48 nursing places and residential Plus). An employee or an employee supports you. As a member of the Night Watch team, you are jointly responsible for a complete flow of information and are responsible for carrying out the night care processes.
Requirements
- Secondary education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, caregiver, home caregiver, etc.)
- Tertiary education (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Mind. Two years of experience in long-term care
- Resilience, understanding, patience and empathy for older people, teamwork skills
