• You support patients whose condition requires close monitoring and have monitoring and devices under control
• You recognize changes early and act safely, even if it has to be fast
• You work closely with doctors, therapy and other specialists in the skill & grade mix.
• You ensure the quality of care and document it comprehensibly

Profile

• Diploma as a nurse. Foreign degrees recognised by the SRC are welcome
• IMC experience or the IMC course. If not yet: You are ready to graduate with us
• Stay calm when things get hectic and keep track
• You speak up when something isn’t going smoothly and look for better solutions with the team
