- Manage a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the industrialization of drafts
- Organize, coordinate and lead the activities related to the development of methods
Main responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the industrialization of drafts
- Organize, coordinate and lead the activities related to the development of methods
- Ensure the adequacy between the load and the capacity of the team, according to the priorities and projects of new products
- Anticipate and analyze the needs of the production in order to provide adapted responses
- Develop with the teams a culture of service and partnership with the production, based on an internal customer-supplier relationship
- Support employees in the achievement of their objectives, while promoting the development of their skills and autonomy
- Federate teams around a Lean culture focused on continuous improvement
- Foster a work environment conducive to collective performance, by developing communication, trust and team cohesion Profile
- Holder of an HES engineering degree or a title deemed equivalent Proven experience in team management
- Proven experience in the fields of production and industrialization
