For a dynamic trust company, we are looking for a committed, independent and service-oriented personality as a clerk: in Treuhand. In this role, you look after customers from a wide range of industries and assume overall responsibility for smaller mandates within a motivated team with short decision paths. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Finance: management of financial accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparation of VAT accounts and assistance in interim and annual accounts.
- Payroll: self-employed management of wage accounting including the entire social security system (AHV, withholding tax, etc.).
- Tax & Support: Support for tax returns for natural and legal persons as well as general trust and administration work.
- Contact: Direct, professional exchange with customers, authorities and insurance companies.
This is what you bring with you
- Training: basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as a clerk: in trust / finance and accounting (or currently in training).
- Experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in escrow as well as solid knowledge in finance, accounting and wage administration.
- IT & Language: Secure handling of MS Office and common accounting programs as well as impeccable knowledge of German in word and writing.
- Working method: An exact, reliable and independent working method combined with real pleasure in customer contact and teamwork.
