For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for an experienced ICT project manager for our customer from Bern.

For an extensive infrastructure and digitalization program, we are looking for an experienced personality with technical project management know-how. In this role, you will be responsible for technical planning, quality management, reporting and the coordination of complex infrastructure and rollout activities in an agile environment.

Your tasks

• Assuming technical project management for infrastructure and platform projects and managing technical work packages
• Establishment and maintenance of quality management plans, test protocols and technical documentation
• Development of technical specifications, implementation plans, cabling concepts and technical solution concepts
• Analysis of technical problems as well as development and follow-up of suitable solution measures
• Participation in agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and setup and automation of reporting dashboards in Jira, Confluence and Excel

Your profile

• Mandatory basic training in the construction industry with further training in ICT, systems engineering, infrastructure or project management
• Experience as ICT project manager:in, sub-project manager:in or specialist planner:in
• In-depth knowledge of ICT infrastructures, networks and building and domotic systems
• Experience with planning and construction processes according to SIA as well as project methods such as HERMES
• Good knowledge of agile working methods, ideally with SAFe experience
• Experience with project controlling, budget management and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills, technical analytical competence and high independence
• Very good knowledge of German
• Proper reputation is mandatory
