Tasks
- Planning, ordering, commissioning and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure in the area of WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, UKV, EDV rack, UPS, mobile, PC, printer as well as POS-HW (checkout, EFT, scales, etc.) in administration, logistics, production and in sales outlets
- Responsibility, planning and realisation in the computer science subdivision for new and conversion projects
- Analysis, prioritization and follow-up of the received IT malfunction reports as well as on-site support and repair of IT problems, as well as forwarding of non-solvable problems by means of tickets to the competent specialist offices
- Complete collection and maintenance of the entire IT inventory, including management of mobile subscriptions
- Cooperation in migration and rollout projects in administration, logistics, production and sales outlets
Requirements
- Building IT specialist:in EFZ, telematician:in EFZ or electro-installer:in EFZ with a strong IT affinity
- In-depth knowledge in current HW, Windows 11 and M365 as well as experience in the areas of LAN, WAN, UKV, VoIP, Mobile etc.
- Stylistic German, as well as good oral and written knowledge in a second national language
- Readiness for pikettdienst (7x24 hours - about 6 weeks per year) as well as work on marginal times
- Driving licence Cat. B
