Role overview
Responsibility for stable operation and end-to-end lifecycle management of identity and collaboration services in hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365) Accounts, permissions, groups, mailboxes and other directory and exchange objects
Ensuring the quality, availability and stability of services as well as the ongoing optimization and further development of operational processes and services
Recording, analysis and implementation of new requirements in close coordination with stakeholders as well as support from conception to successful transfer to regular operation

- Ensuring the quality, availability and stability of services as well as the ongoing optimization and further development of operational processes and services
Application process
- Close cooperation with domestic and external partners as well as application and further development of agile working methods (e.g.
- Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) to support efficient and customer-oriented service operations
- Computer science training (EFZ) and completion of a university of applied sciences/higher technical education or comparable subject-related and/or technical training
- Several years of experience in operating complex Microsoft environments
- Very good knowledge in the Active Directory environment regarding Group Management and the logical OU structure of Active Directory
- Experience with M365 services (Azure Directory, Tenant administration, etc.)
- Programming and scripting knowledge desired (PowerShell)
- Good active knowledge of two official languages
