- Ensuring stable and secure operation of the workplace management infrastructure and Windows clients including terminal security
- Maintenance and continuous development of the Windows Workplace environment as well as the Microsoft Office and M365 landscape
- Conceptual participation and support in the implementation and operation of a new unified endpoint management solution (UEM)
- Active support and integration in the implementation and operational operation of a Security Operation Center (SOC)
- Managing or participating in future-oriented projects in the field of Windows Workplace
- Reliable planning and implementation of changes, releases and software rollouts
- Provision of professional 2nd- and 3rd-level support services as well as competent advice to users for complex adjustments Requirements
- Completed education and training in the field of computer science (e.g.
HF/Bachelor FH, federally qualified specialists) or a comparable qualification
- In-depth expertise and several years of operational experience in Windows workplace engineering
- Practical experience with ivanti DSM, M365, Baramundi or Cortex (Palo Alto Networks) as well as corresponding Microsoft certifications are advantageous
- Pronounced service orientation coupled with an independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
