Tasks
You are the first point of contact for our employees in IT matters and support them competently in first- and second-level support. In doing so, you analyze and repair disruptions in the areas of Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Outlook, teams, printers, telephony and mobile devices. You set up PCs, notebooks, smartphones and other workstations, install standard software and support hardware changes, rollouts and workstation moves. In addition, you manage user accounts and permissions, support the entry and exit of employees and document support cases and solutions in the ticket system. In addition, you participate in IT projects, maintain instructions and documentation and contribute to a reliable and smooth IT operation with your service-oriented working method and compliance with IT security and data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist: in EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or comparable training
- Alternatively, a commercial, technical or nursing basic education with a strong IT affinity and experience in IT support
- First professional experience in IT support or service desk
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, teams and common workstation hardware
- Ideally, experience with Active Directory or Entra ID and ticketing systems
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- You work customer-oriented, reliable and structured, think solution-oriented and appreciate team collaboration
