In a nutshell

You won't find a traditional controlling role with us. You will help shape things, contribute your ideas and drive topics of strategic importance for Cyber Command. Together with motivated colleagues, you will create the financial foundation for forward-looking decisions and help actively shape the digital transformation of the Swiss Armed Forces. You think holistically, keep an overview even in complex situations and do not lose sight of the bigger picture. This is what you can contribute

• Design, manage and optimize finance, controlling and sourcing management processes in the ICT and cyber environment

• Create decision-relevant analyses, key figures and reports, and prepare meaningful decision-making materials for management

• Develop and continuously enhance the necessary tools for financial and ICT planning and for controlling the divisions

• Monitor ICT projects and investments with regard to achievement of objectives, cost-effectiveness, deviations, and projected benefits

• Help shape the financial development of Kommando Cyber, identify potential for optimization, and drive forward strategic finance and controlling topics

What makes you unique

• You have completed a degree (university of applied sciences/university) in business administration, finance, controlling, business information systems, mathematics, statistics or a comparable field

• You have a high level of expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data, recognize connections, and derive well-founded forecasts, scenarios, and decision-making bases from them. You have a pronounced quantitative and analytical mindset as well as sound knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and probability theory

• You enjoy modeling complex issues, assessing risks and uncertainties, and preparing quantitative insights in an understandable way for management. You have very good Excel and Power BI skills

• You have several years of experience in controlling – ideally in an ICT or technology environment

• You are familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and can apply it in practice

• You have good active knowledge of at least one additional official language
