Tasks

• You are the link between business and ICT: as a central contact person for the administrative departments, you understand their processes, take up needs and translate them into viable ICT solutions
• You will continue to develop our ERP: You will play a key role in shaping the further development of our ERP landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and promote the migration from Navision to Business Central in a professional and project-oriented manner.
• You lead projects to the goal: You lead ICT projects, sub-projects and general ICT projects from initialisation to implementation, manage costs, deadlines, quality and risks and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• You create the basis for decision-making: With business analyses, requirements and process recordings as well as solution concepts, you lay the foundation for well-founded decisions and report transparently up to the level of management
• You continue to think about processes: You recognize optimization and digitalization potential, standardize processes and advance the consolidation of our application landscape
• You ensure operation: Together with Application Management, you ensure tests, change and release processes, user training and clean documentation

Profile

• You know Navision and Business Central from practice: You bring several years of in-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central – whether as a consultant, project manager, application manager, or experienced:r Key User:in
• You have successfully implemented projects: You have several years of project management experience in the ERP or ICT environment, ideally with introductions or migrations. A certification (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PMI or Scrum) is a plus
• You think business: You have a degree at the level of HF, FH or university in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable career and understand business processes in detail
• You know the health care system – or want to get to know it: Experience in the hospital or health environment is an advantage, but not a requirement. Knowledge of ITIL rounds off your profile
• You convince at all levels: You communicate clearly, translate confidently between specialist and ICT language and create acceptance – from the department to the management. You speak and write very good German
• You keep the overview: Independent, structured and solution-oriented you set priorities and keep a cool head even in several parallel projects
