You can make this contribution

• Advise customers in command operations on all ICT topics and actively shape long-term strategies

• Manage smaller ICT projects, participate and plan for larger ones, and budget the need for IT services (hardware and software)

• Coordinate and implement ICT requirements, training and standards in cooperation with professional superusers

• Ensure rapid and competent problem solving and ensure the availability of ICT resources in accordance with service level agreements and service contracts

• Prepare, test and implement system changes (hardware and software) in accordance with applicable specifications

• University of applied sciences or university degree (FH, ETH, University Bachelor/Master) towards computer science or comparable education

• Computer science EFZ is an advantage

• In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering as well as experience working with business analysis teams

• Analytical and networked thinking as well as high customer and service orientation

• Independent, targeted and quality-conscious working method

• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

Your commitment to security and freedom The Command Operations (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and operations of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes the Luftwaffe, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police. Around 40% of the approximately 2,500 employees are civil employees – from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
