The Wysshölzli Clinic is a leading specialist clinic for women with dependency disorders and eating disorders and offers 37 inpatient treatment places and two outpatient clinics.

The clinic is on the hospital list of the Canton of Bern, has a service contract with the Cantonal Health and Welfare Directorate and contracts with the health insurers.

The location in the Oberaargau, canton of Bern, in a quiet location convinces with beautiful nature and the proximity to Bern, Solothurn, Olten and Langenthal.

We are looking for a personnel assistant by agreement:in 60 – 100% of your tasks

• You carry out entry and exit work
• You support the specialist in the recruitment of personnel
• You are involved in the general personnel administration including the management of personnel files
• You handle social security tasks in connection with AHV, family allowances, pension fund and health and accident insurance
• You take care of the wage processing of monthly and hourly wages
• You work in the control and coordination of time recording in the polypoint/TACS
• You participate in the further development and digitization of personnel processes as well as in projects
• You organize activities for employees
