- Completed training as a chemical or chemical laboratory expert with several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years)
- HSE-specific training and in-depth experience in occupational safety, health and environmental protection in chemical production
Key requirements

- Strong coaching and feedback competence as well as high personal suitability for promoting a safety culture

- Planning and implementation of safety tours, documentation of results and monitoring of relevant HSE KPIs
- Participation in security bodies and ensuring a transparent flow of information on HSE issues in the cluster
- Close cooperation with the central HSE department, the HSE & Compliance Manager and HSE Specialists of other clusters to further develop uniform processes and standards
- Participation in the development and implementation of HSE training in cooperation with Training Leaders and HR
- Situational decision-making on HSE issues taking into account balanced risk management
