Your mission

HRM Services is the engine of a functioning human resource management. As a central administrative hub, the department ensures that our HRM processes function efficiently, reliably and on schedule. With your organizational talent, your care and your service concept, you can also keep track of hectic situations and create structure.

• You and your colleagues are the control center of our HRM. Executives, HR Business Partners and the HRM leadership team count on you to keep track, prioritize and get things rolling. Organization, coordination and information management are in your blood.
• Routine tasks? You can. But it will also be exciting for you when new challenges arise. You take responsibility for HRM projects – from the first idea to implementation to successful anchoring in everyday life.
• You love the mix of day-to-day operations and innovative topics. While you master a complex personnel administration in the morning, you drive a project forward in the afternoon, coordinate different stakeholders and make independent decisions.
• When others see problems, you see solutions. You tackle, think along, think ahead and keep a cool head even when things get hectic.
• In short, you are the organizational backbone of our HRM, combine professional HR skills with project management and ensure that good ideas become successful solutions.
