- We are looking for a person with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR consulting to managers supplemented by:
- Advanced training in human resources, law, labour psychology, management or equivalent, ideally complemented by a Federal HR Patent;

- We are looking for a person with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR consulting to managers supplemented by:
- Advanced training in human resources, law, labour psychology, management or equivalent, ideally complemented by a Federal HR Patent;
- Strong control of Swiss labour law, labour relations and social insurance;
- A mastery of recruitment, maintenance and assessment practices for candidates;
- Experience in coaching managers, managing sensitive situations and advising on human, organisational and operational issues;
- An analytical capacity to use HR data to support decision and recommendations;
- An ease in the conduct of HR projects, accompanying change and continuous improvement of practices;
- A credible advisory position, with a capacity to provide a clear and pragmatic HR opinion;
- Listening, discretion, a keen sense of confidentiality and good relational intelligence;
- A solution orientation, a spirit of cooperation and the ability to reconcile demand, equity and operational realities;
- An excellent mastery of French; a good command of English is an asset;
- Experience in the field of health or in a highly regulated environment is an additional factor. We offer you

- A local HR partner, you provide advice, expertise and support on human, organizational and managerial issues, while ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, the legal, regulatory and institutional framework. Your Mission As such, you will be required to:
- Advise and support managers in the day-to-day management of their teams, individual situations and organisational issues;
- Support employees throughout their professional career within the institution;
- Participate in key HR processes: recruitment, integration, skills development, performance management, salary review, internal mobility and other HR processes;
- Collect and challenge recruitment needs, analyse applications and conduct selection interviews;
- Support sensitive or complex situations, in relation to the managers and HR specialists concerned;
- Contribute to the monitoring of absenteeism, the analysis of situations and the establishment of action plans where necessary;
- Ensure consistent application of the legal, regulatory, treaty and internal HR policies;
