Tasks you will like

  • Independent handling of entry, exit and personnel mutations throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Preparation and management of HR documents (contracts, agreements, employment certificates, correspondence)
  • Maintenance of HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) and Presento
  • Collection and mutation of variable and fixed wage data for the monthly wage runs
  • Advising and supporting employees, managers and HR business partners in personnel administrative topics
  • Administrative management of all social insurance (illness, accident, maternity, military, family allowances, etc.)
  • Support of time management systems and ensuring legally compliant time recording
  • Participation in HR projects and optimization of HR processes Prerequisites you bring with you
  • Completed commercial training and further training in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as well as advanced use of modern digital work tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Copilot, Mooncamp etc.)
  • Engaged and service-oriented personality with a high level of initiative, empathy and a sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills, adequate assertiveness
  • Stylish-confident German as well as good knowledge of English, French advantage advantages that we offer you
