Tasks you will like
- Independent handling of entry, exit and personnel mutations throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Preparation and management of HR documents (contracts, agreements, employment certificates, correspondence)
- Maintenance of HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) and Presento
- Collection and mutation of variable and fixed wage data for the monthly wage runs
- Advising and supporting employees, managers and HR business partners in personnel administrative topics
- Administrative management of all social insurance (illness, accident, maternity, military, family allowances, etc.)
- Support of time management systems and ensuring legally compliant time recording
- Participation in HR projects and optimization of HR processes Prerequisites you bring with you
- Completed commercial training and further training in HR
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as well as advanced use of modern digital work tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Copilot, Mooncamp etc.)
- Engaged and service-oriented personality with a high level of initiative, empathy and a sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills, adequate assertiveness
- Stylish-confident German as well as good knowledge of English, French advantage advantages that we offer you
