The EVAM (Vaudian institution for the reception of migrants) is a major player in the voodoo public service.

- Adviser and support managers on good HR practices (public/private labour law)
- Managing complex situations: conflicts, disciplinary measures, terminations
- Piloting the employees' HR life cycle: monitoring evaluations, work certificates, etc
