In the HR recruitment team, we manage the entire recruitment for Hirslanden Bern. Specifically for our three clinics Beau-Site, Permanence and Salem-Spital as well as for the Medical Center Wankdorf and the OPERA Bern. In addition to the varied day-to-day business, we actively shape topics such as employer branding, onboarding, benefits and aptitude diagnostics and continuously develop them further.

YOUR TASKS

• You accompany the recruitment of professionals and leaders in your assigned care areas
• With your expertise, you ensure competent advice and proactive support of executives in all topics related to recruitment.
• From the recruitment order to the first working day of the new employees, all threads of the recruitment process run together for you
• You will develop ideas at an operational and strategic level on how to effectively address the shortage of skilled workers in the healthcare sector
• With your specialist roles “Aptitude Diagnostics” and “Onboarding”, you are the first contact person for assessments and new methods of personnel selection as well as for the introduction day for new employees.
• Together with the team, you will continuously develop our recruitment processes

Your profile

• You have completed basic commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Complemented with further training in the field of HR or recruitment, for example, professional certificate or CAS
• You have already gained at least one to two years of experience as an HR recruitment partner or in a similar function, beneficial in the healthcare sector
• As a person, you convince with empathy, assertiveness and a high service orientation
• You effortlessly set the right priorities in your daily work and are at the same time known for your efficient and goal-oriented work method.
• Getting started with us is easier if you have already worked with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Your German skills are very good verbally and in writing, you speak and write English at least at level B2
