- Implementation of daily allowance processing (KTG/UTG) in UKA and SAP for the monthly wage runs
Main responsibilities
- Working in day-to-day operations in various social insurances, time recording and payroll processing
- Implementation of daily allowance processing (KTG/UTG) in UKA and SAP for the monthly wage runs
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on social security issues
- Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of processes
- Support in the preparation of evaluations and lists Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in wage and/or social security
- Completed basic or further education: as a businesswoman and further education in HR/Payroll
- Team-capable personality with exact, networked and efficient working methods
- A pronounced flair for numbers and an affinity for HR IT systems (SAP HR, UKA)
- High degree of independence and flexibility Customer focus and self-responsible work German (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
