Descrizione That's what you expect: Together with your work colleague, you are responsible for the schedule of the Payroll for around 3'000 employees.

In a professional HR environment, you take a central role at the interface between employees, HR, social security partners and financial accounting.

This is what you do with us: From entry to exit, you will ensure the correct care of all wage-relevant data in SAP and SuccessFactors and will be responsible for the complete wage processing including social security, source tax and interface to the pension fund.

Key requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, HR und/oder Sozialversicherung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Lohnverarbeitung und Lohnbuchhaltung mit breiter Erfahrung in Quellensteuerthemen
  • Sehr gute SAP-HCM Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in SuccessFactor
  • Flexible, pflichtbewusste, selbständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die sich durch eine exakte Arbeitsweise auszeichnet
  • Die Fähigkeit, ganzheitlich, vernetzt und lösungsorientiert zu denken und zu handeln
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil
