HR Operations Specialist Payroll Pensum: 100% Place of work: Biel Type of employment: Permanent

Their tasks

• Responsibility for personnel and wage administration, including year-end social security accounts.
• - Supervision of entry and exit processes as well as time management.
• - Contact person for employees, managers and external positions with regard to HR and salary administration.
• - Creation of evaluations, statistics and key figures as well as coordination of HR-relevant financial accounts.
• - Participation in projects, audits and in the continuous assurance of quality standards.

Your profile

• - Basic commercial training with further training in HR or social insurance
• - At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function with a focus on Payroll
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office
• - Independent, structured and service-oriented personality with a high affinity for numbers and team spirit
• - Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
