- Responsibility for the operational HR support (from entry to exit) of employees in your area of responsibility (Coop sales outlets)
- Advising supervisors and employees on all HR issues
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operational HR support (from entry to exit) of employees in your area of responsibility (Coop sales outlets)
- Advising supervisors and employees on all HR issues
- Supporting the line in recruiting new employees
- Support of superiors in labour law and personnel-specific matters
- Collaboration and participation in various HR projects as well as lively exchange with internal and external interfaces Requirements
- Sound experience in a comparable role in HR Training as an HR specialist or HR studies
- Fun at work in a great team and daily contact with different people
- Self-employed work and strong organisational ability, combined with the enjoyment of a versatile travel activity in your own care area (driving license mandatory)
