Company and context
- Support in organizational development, workforce planning and change processes including implementation of the defined measures
- Ensuring a qualitative employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding in close cooperation with HR Services and Talent Attraction
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards along all HR processes
- Creation of presentations, evaluations, calculations and HR documents
- Proactive management of leadership processes and coaching of managers
