These features give Rado watches their incomparable charm and quality. Feel the difference Rado! Description of post As a HR Business Partner, you are a diverse and responsible member of our HR team. You accompany and advise line managers as well as employees on all human resources issues and ensure overall monitoring of the sectors assigned to you throughout the life cycle of employees within the company.
- To monitor and advise the various departments assigned to you on all human resources issues.
- Be the preferred contact point for managers and employees throughout their career within the company.
- Pilot the recruitment processes and accompany the various stages of the employees' journey, from their integration to their departure, to their professional development.
- Ensure rigorous, professional and timely administrative management of staff.
- Provide support to the Head of Human Resources.
- Actively participate in HR projects and internal initiatives.
- Support the person responsible for initial vocational training in all HR issues related to apprentices.
- Your profile
You are a communicative person with an excellent sense of service and strong relational skills. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, while demonstrating discretion and a great sense of responsibility. Position requirements
- Business training completed, supplemented by a federal certificate of human resources specialist.
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a similar function.
- Strong knowledge in personnel management, recruitment and HR administration.
- Excellent mastery of common Microsoft Office computer tools.
- Languages
- French mother tongue and excellent mastery of German, both oral and written.
- Good English.
