Role overview
Under the responsibility of the Manager Hospitality Coordinator, you are responsible for designing the planning, coordination and final quality of the customer experiences offered in the Brassus Experience.
You manage end-to-end visits and act as a single point of contact for internal teams, partners and markets.
You guarantee a smooth and impeccable experience, make the necessary decisions in real time, arbitrate the requests of the markets and intervene directly to correct or adjust when necessary. Your main activities will be:
