Put to the Point

As a university intern in the field of political business, you support the research assistant political business and the head of the Cyber Command in the processing of political business, the development of written products as well as presentations and research on relevant topics. You will get in-depth insights into current topics in the Cyber Command, various areas and various projects. You will learn to compile information and prepare it in line with the addressees and get in contact with people from different departments as well as other actors in the federal administration. An open, efficient and team-oriented approach is particularly important. We offer you the opportunity to participate in real work fields and to take responsibility and work together with experienced professionals.

You can make this contribution

• Support the Chief Cyber Officer and the research assistant in day-to-day political business (controlling, statements, file and speech notes, preparation of operational principles and guidelines)

• Pre- and post-processing of political inquiries, actively working on interpellations, motions and official consultations, as well as developing and visually preparing presentations

• Follow current thematic developments, conduct research and participate in the creation of products

• Managing versatile administrative activities independently (including organizing correspondence, meetings and events and writing minutes)

• In their absence, the representation of the scientific staff ensure political business

• Working in the deployment and coordination of Command Cyber

This makes you unique

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations or Political Science at a technical college or university

• Professional and methodological competence in the political and scientific environment

• Interest in commercial work, very good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)

• Motivated, team capable, communicative and reliable personality

• Independent working methods, flexibility and very good organisational ability

• Enjoy learning and dealing with people as well as good knowledge of a second official language

Additional information
