You can make this contribution

• Analyse, optimize and define test and change management methods and standards

• Coordinate further development of HR-IT changes between business analysis and development

• Support the development of the decision-making principles for the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

• Support the HR project manager in agile project management

This makes you unique

• University degree or higher vocational training in business informatics or business administration

• Analytical, conceptual, networked and independent thinking and acting

• Experience in IT operations, requirements engineering and in IT projects is an advantage

• Consulting expertise with a pragmatic hands-on mentality

• Knowledge of a second official language is a plus

Your commitment to security and freedom The Army Staff (A Staff) supports the Chief of the Army in the leadership of the Departmental Department of Defence and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army. Here, in accordance with the political guidelines, the strategic foundations, the armed forces development and the army and armaments planning are developed and tasks in the international security context are performed. The command, control and coordination of all cross-cutting areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall under the responsibility of the Army Staff.
