• Prepare dossiers for bilateral meetings and visits at various levels (Federal Bureau, Head of Department, State Secretary, Head of Department)
• Write official letters and answers to citizen letters
• Prepare contributions and analyses on the region for other organisational units of the Federal Administration
• conduct research on the region; updating internal standard documents and information on the FDFA website
• Completed studies at a university or university of applied sciences
• Studies in social sciences, humanities or political sciences, international relations or a related field
• Good editorial skills
• Resilience and teamwork
• Very good written and oral knowledge of at least two official languages and English
• Interest in European policy as well as the Member States of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the EFTA States (useful knowledge)
