Key requirements
- Du hast grosses Interesse an der Umsetzung normativer Vorgaben zur Gesunderhaltung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude an den präventiven Aspekten des betrieblichen Gesundheitsschutzes.
- Dank deiner adressatengerechten Kommunikation überzeugst du Menschen über verschiedene Hierarchiestufen und gewinnst diese für gemeinsame Lösungen.
- Du hast Kenntnisse der Gesundheitsstrukturen in der Schweiz und im Bereich Schadstoffe und idealerweise Gefahrenstoffe sowie Berufserfahrung als Arbeitsmediziner:in oder Arbeitshygieniker:in oder als Expert:in für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS).
- Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachärztin oder Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin oder ein Abschluss als zertifizierte Arbeitshygieniker:in oder als ASGS- Expert:in setzen wir voraus.
- Bestenfalls hast du Erfahrung in der Projektleitung interdisziplinärer Teams und in der wirksamen Vernetzung mit diversen Fachstellen.
- Für diese Funktion sind verhandlungssichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.
