As a public SPITEX organization of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi, we care for and accompany people at home – with heart and expertise. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement Health Professional (FaGe)

Your activities

• You take over the basic and treatment care at our clients at home
• In this case, keep You always keep an eye on their well-being, recognize changes early on, take the appropriate measures and act beyond standard care.
• You accept medical prescriptions and implement them in cooperation with the care team
• You work interdisciplinary and professionally implement the care process

Your profile

• You have an education as a specialist health EFZ, FA SRK with treatment care course or an equivalent education
• You bring professional experience – ideally in the SPITEX
• You maintain a benevolent, respectful treatment of clients and third parties
• You enjoy the care and contact with (aged) people and let others participate in it
• You work independently, flexibly, reliably and responsibly
• You have the driver's license Kat. B and are traveling with your own car
• Ideally, you will live in the extended catchment area of our SPITEX organization
