In our outpatient nephrology and dialysis in Burgdorf you can expect a well-established team, a lot of personal responsibility and a working model without night and Sunday services. This is what awaits you with us You will supervise and accompany our patients during their dialysis treatment and take responsibility step by step within your area of competence. You work closely with nurses, doctors and other professional groups. You will get to know the nephrological care in depth and develop additional professional skills.

• Care and support of patients during dialysis
• Taking over defined nursing and technical tasks in the dialysis process
• Observation of health status and early detection of changes
• Documentation and performance recording in the clinic information system
• Close cooperation in the interprofessional team
• Active participation in the further development of our processes and processes

You bring that with you

• You have a degree as a health care professional and ideally bring experience from acute care.
• You communicate in German. For foreign-language diplomas, we require a language certificate at least level B2.
• More important than dialysis experience is that you:
• like to work independently and reliably
• Finding medical connections exciting
• Want to take responsibility
• are open to learning new professional and technical skills
• even in a specialized environment keeps an eye on the person behind the treatment
• You like to join a team
