Tasks

As a specialist, you shape and coordinate everyday life in your area of competence and take on the responsibility for a holistic, individual care and care of our residents. The interdisciplinary cooperation is just as self-evident for you as the implementation of nursing measures, which you implement with high professional competence and empathy. You recognize changes in the state of the inhabitants: inside early and take the necessary steps to support. You actively involve relatives and trusted persons in the care process and maintain a professional and sensitive approach. Depending on requirements, you take on other areas of responsibility such as day-to-day responsibility in shift operations. In your work, you will be supported by specialists such as the care and wound expert and the palliative care managers.
