- A degree in Software/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or hardware-related industries.
- Strong leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and managing teams.
- Experience with lab informatics ecosystems (LIMS, ELN, integration standards such as SiLA2, OPC-UA, or similar).
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, middleware, orchestration, and embedded systems.
